An eyewitness is giving new details about the moments leading up to the shooting in Lynchburg on Wednesday night.
The shooting in a Lynchburg parking lot sent a woman to jail and left a man dead. The victim is 23-year-old Bolden Eubanks. Police said he passed away in the hospital.
The witness, Daniel Longbottom, said the whole thing left him shaken.
