My family has been flourishing this Lent! I’ve lowered my food bills by a little, which is excellent, and we are eating clean, simple meals. I want to challenge myself!! I can’t wait for April! I’ll save everything I’m doing and take you with me through videos and lives!
I have a big budget for food, but I would love to use some of that money for other projects!
Weekly Costco Staples
Produce (PRICESES were not reasonable this week, so we bought frozen berries because the fresh ones were not organic, and they were $$!)
Nuts and Seeds
Great prices and selection! Nuts and seeds are good sources of protein. Healthy fats, and fiber
Greek Yogurt
Excellent source of protein and probiotics! I prefer making my own, but if need be, Costco has a GREAT Greek Yogurt!
Seafood
The wild-caught salmon is fantastic!
Kirkland Quinoa, Almond Butter, Peanut Butter, Chicken, and Grass-Fed Beef!
Excellent Cheese prices, grass-fed butter, siete chips, pasta sauce, noodles, and so much more!
I don’t have space for everything!
We make 21 Meals and 21 Snacks weekly for 13 people, and the goal is to keep most of what we buy clean and healthy.
Thank you so much for being here and spending a piece of your day with me! Your love and support does not go unnoticed!
Peace, Joy, and Blessings! Pamela!☘️💕
