I've been getting a lot of questions about a PS4 Pro case mod where you drill a hole in the case for better airflow to keep the temperature down. I hadn't ever tried this mod before this video so I decided to do an experiment to see if the console runs cooler with a hole above the fan.
I played a game for a while, then recorded the temperature and noise level in decibels. Then I drilled a hole in the case right where the fan is, then played the game for a little longer.
