《青花瓷》是周杰倫所譜寫一首中國風的情歌。
這首歌曲藉由中華傳統工藝美學的青花瓷妙喻生生世世所追求的愛情，縱然生命有時盡，但不朽的愛情有如傳世的美麗青花瓷叫人世代追尋。當撰寫歌詞的方文山聽到周杰倫這首曲子溫婉柔美的旋律後，他決定以青花瓷的釉色來描寫女人的姿態，他說：「因為青花瓷本身的紋路顏色很美卻很脆弱，某種程度有點像女生」。歌詞裡講述了一個關於愛情和等待的美麗故事，方文山的歌詞透過周杰倫以一種細膩的演唱描繪了一個男子在等待他心愛的女子的過程中所經歷的內心掙扎和情感變化。

“Blue and White Porcelain” is a Chinese-style love song composed by Taiwanese singer Jay Chou. This song uses the traditional Chinese craft aesthetics of blue and white porcelain to metaphorically describe the love that people pursue through generations. Even though life sometimes ends, immortal love is like the beautiful blue and white porcelain that people seek for ages. When the Taiwanese lyricist Vincent Fang, who wrote the lyrics, heard the gentle and graceful melody of this song by Jay Chou, he decided to use the glaze color of blue and white porcelain to depict the woman’s posture. He said: “Because the pattern and color of blue and white porcelain are beautiful but fragile, they are somewhat like girls.” The lyrics narrate a touching tale of love and longing. Through Jay Chou’s tender voice, Vincent Fang’s words capture the man’s inner turmoil and emotional shifts as he waits for his cherished woman.
