This Workout is another intense Full Body Sesh - we have a full body part, a little break and then followed by an AB Part.
Lower Impact means = no actual Jumps, only some Wide Butt kicks and shuffle steps.
So pretty much No Noise - yet not less sweaty.

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🙏🏼
