PRO TIP How To Determine 100 On Percentile Dice

In a Dungeons and Dragon group there are over 1,000 posts discussing how to determine a 100 on percentile dice. There was even a blog post displaying the incorrect way to determine it. Now if the roller is being consistent and not leaving out any numbers then it doesn't matter but most explanations I have seen leave out a number. How do you determine 100 on percentile dice? Do you think we do it correctly?
