Not too long ago I did this crazy long run where I decided to kill All Bosses Dark Souls has to offer starting from New Game going all the way to New Game+6. Any further NG+ does not scale the difficulty, thus it is pointless to continue from there. This run offers many strategies which are not utilized in any other category you might have witnessed before, including exploiting cut content (Shiva's invasion in Painted World).

The general gameplan was to prepare as many things as possible in the first playthrough, hence why it was by far the longest. I did not do any preparation beforehand, so everything was done in the moment while following notes for the run. It is then no surprise that there is much potential for improvement and taking the time lower, especially because of fatigue which set in in the later NGs where I struggled a lot with Artorias several times and with Goughless Kalameet strats as well (those also stopped working on the highest NGs and thus re-routing to make them possible would save further time). Nevertheless, it was still enough to beat the previous record by a couple of hours and get the first single hour digit run of NG-NG+6!

I certainly want to challenge myself with a long run like this again and with this first experience lower the time further. However, that is not happening any time soon, as I was absolutely knackered by the end of this and do not wish to go through it before proper preparation, which will take some time.
