On September 17th, IPI, together with The Norwegian Refugee Council, and the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, hosted a poliy forum to discuss an independent study on the impact of counter-terrorism measures on principled humanitarian action.
The event was chaired by IPI Senior Adviser for External Relations, Warren Hoge.
