Holiday Oil integrated Express Lane Self-Checkout into their Passport point-of-sale (POS) system, which enhanced the jobs of sales associates, reduced labor costs and hours, as well as decreased customer lines.
Express Lane has saved Holiday Oil an average of 2 hours a day in labor, resulting in more than 700 hours and around $12,600 a year in savings per location.
Holiday Oil’s return on investment (ROI) began at system integration. While they began small with just 13 medium-sized stores, they quickly saw the return on their investment and now two years later, they’re implementing across all 70 locations. This resulted in an added level of convenience that sales associates and guests appreciate.
