I lifted heavy weights for a year now. I didn't got the results I wanted through it. I went from 60kg, to 70kg back to 60kg and now weighing 65kg. What a crazy difference, all within a year. I have learned from it and will now take a different direction. The combination of the vegan diet with heavy weights made me bulky, and I did not gain any significant amount of muscle. With my current diet and different way of working out I hope to get back to my normal healthy weight and lean out again.
