Fontainebleau finally opens its doors after 16 years! The hotel is 67 stories tall with 3,644 rooms, and the property is quite large as you'll see in the video. There are several restaurants and shops, although it seems at the time we were there, some were not quite ready to open its doors. The food hall on the second level looked really appetizing.
