Simple and quick cream recipe for your desserts like kunafa,baklava and bosbusa etc...
ingredients:
milk 3 cup
cornstarch ¼ cup
all purpose flour ¼ cup
semolina ¼ cup
sugar 1½ tablespoon
butter 2 tablespoon
cardamom powder a pinch or rose water or orange blossom water
in a pan add 1 cup milk and mix in cornstarch,flour, semolina and sugar mix well add remaining 2 cup milk mix and cook on medium flame, keep stirring, cook until thick and creamy add in butter and cardamom powder mix well and remove from heat, let it cool and use in any of your favorite dessert.
