Boondi ko Laddu , लड्डू is a dish we all love to eat, be it Diwali, Ganesh puja or just another day. Here's the perfect recipe to make these delights! Round fried gram flour balls like pearls, soaked into sugar syrup, and cardamon, then shaped into balls. Motichoor Laddu / Ladoo Recipe are famous Nepal/ Indian sweets/desserts served to guests during Diwali Festival and mostly during Weddings, they are also popular as sweets offered to God. They are swet and moist not only that they looks really delicious , special marwadi sweet and also favorite of kids .
Ingredients fo Boondi ko LADDU/ LADDOO :
1.Gram flour (besan) - 200 gm
2. Baking Powder - 1 tsp
3. Water - 120 ml
4. Pinch of Orange/Yellow Colour
For Sugar Syrup :
1. Sugar -150 gram
2. Pinch of Orange /Yellow Colour
3. Cardamom powder- 1tsp
4. Water - Exactly half amount of sugar
5. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Almonds - 50 grams
Oil for frying
