34 years old female suffering from left breast carcinoma, the tumor size was 4cm *4cm. true cut biopsy shows ductile carcinoma. sonography of the left axilla shows three metastatic nodes. sonography of abdomen and x-ray chest is normal. blood investigations are normal. left modified radical mastectomy was done. according to histopathology chemotherapy and radiotherapy will be decided.
