Man, I've been meaning to do this for weeks/months! lol. Caramelised onion jam is a fave on my shelf it is so versatile and can be used for so many things!
48 cups of onion
a big chunk of ghee
2 cups ACV
2 cups Balsamic
3 cups brown sugar (or Raw sugar and a glug of molasses)
1/2 cup of maple (or a drizzle of maple essence)
2 tbsp salt
