The findings of this study suggest that physical exercise, including running and pelvic floor workouts, can help treat premature ejaculation. Pelvic floor muscles play a role in ejaculation, and Research suggest that men who can strengthen and improve pelvic muscle control may be able to delay ejaculation by relaxing their perineal muscles. In fact, in the above study, exercising pelvic floor muscles was shown to have benefits, as men who practiced pelvic floor exercises increased latency time from a median of 1 minute to 3 minutes.
If you're a complete beginner complete this routine twice a week. And as you get stronger, increase the frequency, Do it for at least 3 months to really see true results.
