Get functionally fit with this 30 minute full body dumbbell AMRAP workout consisting of a warm up, and two 12 minute AMRAP's. AMRAP stands for 'As Many Round As Possible' and is a great way to push yourself to get the most of your workouts. This is a follow along workout can be done with just one pair of dumbbells at home or in the gym.
