A bone-chilling cold has seized much of the US, and a ferocious new blast is on its way. Meteorologists call it, "bombogenesis" - a rapidly strengthening weather system that is creating a cyclone of snow and wind expected to bring dangerous conditions to the US East Coast.
A massive winter storm hit the Northeast Thursday, resulting in as much as 18 inches of snow from the Carolina's to Maine. A heavy blizzard being referred to as a 'BOMB CYCLONE' by meteorologists hit the South Jersey coast in the past 24 hours.
