The government of #Russia has been accused of leading months-long cyber-raid on several #US agencies. According to the US officials, Russian hackers were behind the data breach of multiple federal agencies, including the Departments of Homeland Security, Agriculture and Commerce.


They reportedly broke into the email systems at the US Treasury and Department of Commerce.


Cybersecurity experts said that the hackers inserted their own code into #SolarWinds. They broke into the commerce department via Microsoft’s Office 365.
