The Sandbag Workout Routine For Strength…..Part 1

Day 1
Sandbag to lap and extension
Max reps in 20 minutes or EMOM (every minute on the minute) 10-15 minutes. Do as many reps as you desire every minute and rest during the remainder of the minute
Day 2
Bear hug squat and hold
AMRAP in 22 minutes or EMOM 10-15 minutes
As many reps as possible
Day 3
Sandbag carry and hold
Max distance in 20 minutes or 5 sets till failure
