🌸Sekiranya takut terlalu pedas, boleh letak 1 sudu besar serbuk cili dulu. Sebab kadang-kadang jenama serbuk cili yang berbeza mempunyai tahap pedas yang berbeza.
🌸Gula boleh dilebihkan atau dikurangkan mengikut kesesuaian. (Saya guna gula perang. Gula biasa pun boleh).
🌸Campuran tepung gandum dan air boleh digantikan dengan telur.
🌸Pastikan sos tersebut ada rasa pedas, manis, masin dan masam yang seimbang.
🌸Masak sos sehingga sedikit pekat dan hilang bau cili.
🌸Untuk sos, JANGAN letak terlalu banyak air. Nanti sos cair, tak boleh salut pada ayam.
🌸Resepi sos boleh digandakan.
🌸 Ayam ni lebih sedap sekiranya dimakan ketika panas. Baru rasa rangup ayam tu.
Hi guys! Today I share my own version of Korean fried chicken recipe. Although I’m not using gochujang, the taste of this chicken is still delicious. Crispy and spicy to taste. 💡TIPS:💡
🌸If 2 tablespoons of chili powder seems extreme to you (I mean it might be too spicy to you), then you can reduce to 1 tablespoon.
🌸You can add more or less sugar as desired. (I’m using brown sugar. Of course you can just use plain white sugar).
🌸You can replace the mixture of wheat flour/all-purpose flour and water with egg.
🌸Make sure the sauce has a balanced spicy, sweet, salty and sour taste.
🌸Cook the sauce until slightly thickened and the smell of chili disappears.
🌸DON’T PUT too much water in the sauce. If the sauce too runny, the chicken will not have a good nice sticky coating.
🌸You may double up the sauce recipe.
🌸 This chicken best served while still hot. Of course you can have the best crispy chicken.
