Yoga ist das Leben und ein Geschenk an uns alle. Auf diesen Weg nach innen haben die Filmemacher Phil und Diana mit Ihrem Gespür für Menschen und Natur Lehrer und Meister besucht und interviewt.

Im Interview zu sehen sind R.Sriram der Diana in Ihrer Ausbildung begleitet hat. Er ist ein indischer Yogalehrer und Autor. Sriram hatte das Glück Sri T. Krishnamacharya noch persönlich kennenzulernen und seine Unterrichtsstunden zu erleben. Sriram unterrichtet im Stil und in der Tradition der Yogameister
Śri T. Krishnamacharya und Śri T.K.V. Desikachar .

Babak ist ein Lehrer, der erkannt hat, dass er Schüler ist. Er lehrt, um zu lehren. Sein Wissen ist so tief, dass es den Zuschauer zum anders Denken inspiriert.

Anna Trökes ist eine Pionierin des deutschen Yoga. Sie ist seit fast 40 Jahren eine Institution in der Yoga-Lehrer-Ausbildung des Berufsverbandes der Yoga-Lehrenden in Deutschland (BDY) und unterrichtet europaweit Yoga-Philosophie, Pranayama, Meditation und die fortgeschrittenen Aspekte der Hatha-Yoga-Praxis.

Diana ist zertifizierte deutsche Yogalehrerin und praktiziert seit über 20 Jahren mit Herz und Leidenschaft Yoga. In diesem Film gibt es immer wieder Yogasequenzen mit Ihrem ganz eigenen individuellen Stil, den Sie gerne teilt. Diana erzählt in the spirit of Yoga Ihre eigene Geschichte, wie Sie zu Yoga kam und was Yoga für Sie bedeutet.
Sie hatte das Glück, die für Sie richtigen Lehrer zu finden.

Yoga is life and a gift to all of us. On this way inward, the filmmakers Phil and Diana, with their feeling for people and nature, visited and interviewed teachers and masters.

R. Sriram, who accompanied Diana in her training, can be seen in the interview. He is an Indian yoga teacher and author. Sriram was lucky enough to get to know Sri T. Krishnamacharya personally and to experience his teachings. Sriram teaches in the style and tradition of the yoga masters

Anna Trökes is a pioneer of German yoga. She has been an institution in the yoga teacher training of the Professional Association of Yoga Teachers in Germany (BDY) for almost 40 years and teaches yoga philosophy, pranayama, meditation and the advanced aspects of hatha yoga practice throughout Europe.

Diana is a certified German yoga teacher and has been practicing yoga with heart and passion for over 20 years. In this film there are yoga sequences with her very own individual style, which she is happy to share. Diana tells her own story in the spirit of yoga, how she came to yoga and what yoga means to you.
She was fortunate to find the right teachers for her.
