Now for the remainder of this stage... What is left of the stage is basically just more bosses. There is still a small section to go through before reaching King, but it is basically nothing for Bass at all. Much to be expected there is plenty of weapon ammo laying around to get everything refilled too. The thing about this part of the stage is... you need to fight both remaining bosses at once.

First up is King himself... For the first phase of this battle you do... nothing. Just worry about dodging the giant X's that King fires that go Low, Medium, High, Medium, High each time. After three of these, Proto Man beams in and destroys King's shield, letting you get to fight back this time. King's weakness is the Lightnig Bolt... but you may want to save some of its ammo for the remaining boss as it comes in handy. King just hops around and occasionally fires a Gemini Laser wannabe out of his forehead. Once he gets below half health, he will also try to cut you with his axe if you get too close.

After this, we move onto the next boss which is basically... all three from this stage combined! Its attacks are as follows... Charging at you, firing a homing orb at you that you should destroy with a robot master weapon, the crystal charge-up attack of doom (destroy the crystal quickly), and the falling bombs from the King Tank battle. The hard part of this battle is not so much the dodging, but the hitting King... You basically have to use the Forte Buster to angle it up at the tiny hatch on the top of the giant boss.. The only other weapon that can hurt him is the Lightnig Bolt... but you will want to save its ammo to destroy the homing orbs. The differences between the Bass and Mega Man versions of this battle is enough to be pretty significant. Mega Man gets a handy platform he can jump on to get a lift up to hit King with a charge shot... and also hide under when the bombs come raining down. The homing orbs that are fired also come three at a time... and move really slow... making them Wave Burner bait. Yeah... Mega Man finally gets the easier time with this one.
