Begin by focusing on your breath and allowing yourself to be present in the moment. Bring to mind any pain or hurt that you may have experienced in relation to your mother or any other feminine figure in your life. Allow yourself to acknowledge and feel these emotions without judgment. But, instead of dwelling on the past, let us focus on the love and healing.
As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine a warm, loving light surrounding you. This light represents the powerful energy of love that is available to help heal your wounds.
Visualize a cord of energy, a dark, negative energy that connects you to your past hurt and pain, and imagine cutting it with a bright sword of light. As you cut this cord, imagine the dark energy flowing out of your body and being replaced by the loving light.
Now, imagine a bright, loving energy coming from the Universe, represented by a feminine figure of your choice, whether it's your mother, grandmother, or any other positive feminine figure that you feel connected to. Imagine this energy flowing into your body, filling you with love, healing and acceptance.
As you continue your meditation, repeat to yourself positive affirmations such as "I am worthy of love and forgiveness," "I release the past and choose to move forward in love and peace," "I forgive those who have hurt me and I forgive myself."
Take a deep breath in and out, feeling the warmth and energy of love flowing through your body. When you are ready, slowly open your eyes and take a moment to feel the renewed energy and balance in your body and mind."
