Global Forest Observations Initiative: Plenary 2023 ([ Ссылка ])

In this interview Faith Mutwiri, Officer at the Kenya Forest Service, sheds light on the vital role of Kenya's national forest monitoring system in combatting climate change.

The interview took place during the 2023 Plenary of the Global Forest Observations Initiative (GFOI). GFOI is a global forum dedicated to coordinating and strengthening forest monitoring support for tropical countries.

This year's Plenary, held from May 9th to May 11th, 2023, at the headquarters of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), marked a significant milestone in advancing sustainable forest management worldwide.
