TIPS:

I used a double dropper loop with small hooks. I put small pieces of squid on the hooks and ran a 4 ounce torpedo sinker. This particular spot had a lot of kelp and salad, so it took a little bit of angling technique to land these fish. To better your chances, run a smaller sinker (1 to 2 ounce) to compensate for the kelp and rocks you will inevitably be facing...
