A hakka dish that is not only tasty but a good keeper too
Ingredients :
250g pork belly without skin - cut small
( marinate - 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp shaoxing wine )
1 bowl of mui choy
- washed 2 times and soaked in clean water for 1/2 hour to get rid of extra salt
- cut into small pieces
1tbsp ginger - julienned
1 tbsp minced garlic
water
Seasoning :
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsps oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
