Hari Pyaz aur Methi ki Sabji Recipe | Methi Pyaz Sabji | Dhaba Ki Sabji

Cooking time: 10 mins
Serves: 2 people


Ingredients
4 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 green chillie sliced
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 cup chopped spring onion
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
sea salt to taste
1 cup roughly chopped methi

Method:
1. In a pan add oil, once hot cumin seeds and let it cracklet
2. Add green chillies, ginger and chopped spring onions
3. Saute everything for 2 mins
4. Add spices: turmeric, kashmiri red chilli powder and coriander powder
5. Mix it all well
6. Add roughly chopped methi leaves and mix well
7. Cook everything for 3 - 4 mins
