I’ve tried so many different flat roof solutions through the years, after a while you start having very strong opinions, especially when you put a lot of work in and the roof leaks. Or you fix it and six months later you’re fixing it again. Modified Bitumen has been battle tested for many years and I’ve never had a problem with it. The cost is about the same so I don’t play games anymore I just go right to the torch down roof systems.
