In a Fiendsmith dominant format, we do not have a lot of strategies that can be played without it that would not be powercrept. Branded Despia is one of those rare deck choices that can combat the meta, & it has proven to be successful in this format. With a lot of focus into countering Fiendsmith, this deck also has an edge, but at the same thing it does have a flaw. Common threats to Fiendsmith can also be a threat for Branded if you are not careful.
