Howard Kaufman, MD, FACS, Ankyra Therapeutics and Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, MA, gives an overview of recent advances in immunotherapy and explains how these therapies will impact the therapeutic landscape of cancer. Dr Kaufman discusses immune checkpoint blockades, (chimeric antigen receptor) CAR-T and adoptive T cell therapies, and oncolytic viruses.
