To change the time on your analog wristwatch, unscrew the crown on the side of the watch and then pull it out to the right. That will stop the second hand. If you want to make your watch completely accurate, go to time.gov to see what the correct time is, and then set your watch a little bit ahead of That time with the crown pulled out, and then when the time on the Internet matches the time on your watch, push the crown in and screw it down to start the second hand and synchronize the time on your wrist watch with the time on the Internet time server.
