A video circulating on social media that was obtained by the Staten Island Advance/SILive.com shows a group of teens climbing to the top of the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge, which connects Staten Island to Brooklyn. The video shows the group walking toward the iconic crossing before hopping a fence that allowed them to access the base of the bridge.
