Join me on the mat for a creative and invigorating vinyasa flow with lots of eagle variations and opportunities to handstand!
This sequence will make your whole body feel detangled, open and refreshed, perfect to start off your day feeling amazing.
Today's flow includes a mandala style sequence where we will travel around the mat building a sequence that will lead us to our peak pose: Garudasana (eagle pose).
There will also be opportunities to practice your L-shape kick ups to handstand and jumping up to handstand tuck, as well as opportunities to open and expand the heart space with back bends such as cobra, wild thing, bridge and wheel pose. The hips aren't forgotten either with lizard lunge and my favorite: happy baby.
In conclusion, this is a creative vinyasa flow with a little bit of everything that will hopefully leave you feeling better than when you arrived on the mat :)
This flow is most suitable to an intermediate/ advanced level of practice.
