hey everyone so this weeks grocery haul is a little different!
I told yall that i wanted to try out new methods and new stores to see where I get the most for my money. For today's haul I went to the store SOLO so I decided to try to buy two weeks worth of groceries instead of shopping once a week. So far it has been a success!
***I usually spend 120-140 every week (including toiletries) so for 200 I was able to get quite a bit for only $200 so over all I think shopping for two weeks can save a lot. *****
meal ideas:
dinners:
1. Sheppard pie
2. chicken broccoli rice
3. chicken parmesan
4. pork tenderloin w veggies and noodles
5. tacos
6. hamburger helper
7. hotdogs
8. hamburgers
9. poor man's steak ( basically its cream of mushroom and ground beef patties cooked together and you eat it with veggies and potatoes. )
10. steak dinner
11. breakfast for dinner
12. chicken ranch salad
(foods I already had on hand)
13. seared pork chops with veggies and rice
14. bbq chicken with mac and cheese and veggies
lunches:
1. homemade uncrustables
2. Turkey sandwich
3. ramon noodles
4. spaghetti is
5. lunchables
6. left overs
7. grilled cheese
8. tuna sandwiches
9. salads
10. Turkey rolls ( using tortillas and cheese)
11. homemade chicken quesadillas
12. salami, crackers and cheese
( some lunches we have more than once a week)
breakfast ( we repeat these every week 😊)
1. eggs and toast
2. pancakes
3. waffles
4. sausage gravy
5. french toast
6. oatmeal
7. cereal
snacks: (repeat these sometimes too ☺)
1. pretzels with cheetos
2. carrots and ranch
3. watermelon
4. salami and crackers
5. cheese stick
6. popcorn
7. yogurt
8. banana
9. apple
10. crackers
