Printed on an Ender 3, a quick model generated in Fusion 360.
Designed for the propeller to be mounted around a central shaft 48mm in diameter, using parts I had on hand (skateboard bearings, 8mm brass/aluminum rod, 12-24V motor, etc.).
5" when closed, although closed diameter could be reduced by about 40-50% by reducing the central shaft diameter and using smaller diameter bearings for both the propeller hub and propeller blade pivot points.
When mounted on an VTOL craft (such as a quadcopter), would allow for any size and quantity blades to be used as a pusher prop while virtually eliminating chances of ground strike on takeoff and landing.
