Sanjay Singh Latest New: आम आदमी पार्टी (AAP) के राज्यसभा सांसद संजय सिंह को तिहाड़ जेल से बुधवार (3 अप्रैल) को रिहा कर दिया गया. जेल से बाहर आने के बाद उन्होंने हाथ उठाकर कार्यकर्ताओं का अभिवावदन किया. इससे पहले सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मंगलवार (2 अप्रैल) को दिल्ली आबकारी नीति मामले में उन्हें जमानत दे दी थी. शीर्ष अदालत के आदेश के अनुरूप संजय सिंह सभी कानूनी प्रक्रियाओं को पूरा करने के बाद तिहाड़ जेल से रिहा हो गए. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा था कि जमानत की शर्तें निचली अदालत तय करेंगी.
निचली अदालत ने बुधवार को संजय सिंह को पासपोर्ट जमा कराने, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र (एनसीआर) से बाहर जाने से पहले अपने यात्रा कार्यक्रम के बारे में सूचित करने और अपने फोन की ‘लोकेशन’ हमेशा चालू रखने का भी निर्देश दिया. साथ ही कोर्ट ने संजय सिंह को दो लाख रुपये का निजी मुचलका और इतनी ही राशि की जमानत राशि जमा करने का निर्देश दिया.
