This advanced 20 minutes full body kettlebell workout, would get your hear rate up in no time, you need only one Kettlebell for this simple but very effective kettlebell and bodyweight circuit. We are going through 20 different exercises, there is no repeat exercises, but feel free to complete this session 2 times for best results. This time we completing it as 40 sec ON and 20 sec OFF.
