As the title of the piece would suggest, this is a study in chords which still sounds very good if you ask me. Playing triads in the accompaniment while constantly moving that hand was definitely new and provided me with a good challenge, but I feel that it was very useful and that I learned a lot from it.
I love how you can bring out the melody in this piece. How you can really make it sing and shine.
Recorded on 18 March 2018
This recording was made after initially learning the piece. I have not memorized it, hence the need to read from the score while playing. Having only learned it once, there are inevitably things I'd have liked to play differently. I do not claim that this is the way this piece is to be played, nor do I encourage people to copy what I did. I merely record and post this for keeping track of my own progress as a piano player.
