Flourless Keto Taco Shells! Only 1 Ingredient! #Shorts
Ingredients:
200 grams or 1 bar Cheddar cheese
Optional: Cumin, paprika and/or chili powder.
Procedure:
Preheat oven at 375F.
Grate the cheese.
Scoop 1/8 cup + 1-2 tbsps of cheese and form it into a circle on a baking pan with parchment paper.
Optional: Season with cumin, paprika and/or chili powder.
Bake for 5-7 minutes and let it cool a little.
Note: It should remain warm.
Hang each shell to make them look like a taco. (Be resourceful. I used the oven rack. You can use wooden spoon, tongs, spatula, etc etc).
Put your desired taco meat, fillings and garnish. Easy-peasy! Enjoy!
