Shocking footage has captured the heart-pounding moment a leopard rampaged through an Indian village, attacking several people before being subdued by good Samaritans. The now-viral video of the cat-astrophic attack currently boasts nearly 200,000 views on Twitter — and hundreds of thousands more in ripped versions posted across social media platforms.

The wild incident took place on Nov. 4 in the town of Krishnarajanagara, in Mysore district in the state of Karnataka, Jam Press reported.
