Mutton Ratha Poriyal Recipe:
Refined Oil - 3 tbsp
Onion (chopped) - 2 nos
Dry Red Chilli (deseeded) - 5 nos
Green Chilli (sliced) - 6 nos
Curry Leaves - 2 Sprigs
Goat's blood - 1 Litre
Grated Coconut - ¾ Cup
Coriander Leaves (chopped) - ¼ Cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tbsp + for garnish
Cooking Instructions:
1.Heat oil in a pan, add onions, dry red chillies, green chillies, curry leaves, and saute for 4-5 minutes.
2. Add the goat’s blood and keep mixing it until it clumps up like a scrambled egg.
3. Cook it a little more if you prefer it to be dry and crumbly.
4. Add grated coconut, salt, and black pepper powder and mix well.
5. Add coriander leaves, and mix it well. Serve it hot.
