Learn with me how to make traditional Ukrainian/Russian meatballs, called kotletu. Super easy, and simple recipe. They are egg-free, juicy, delicate inside, and crispy outside. They are one of the most popular recipes of my childhood. Kotletu can be served as an appetizer, or the main course with a side dish like mash potato or buckwheat pilaf. They also can make fantastic sliders for your lunch box.
