Daily rehab workout for this week is guess what... my shoulder! But seriously it’s week 8 so here’s the montage of both Set A and Set B - REHAB / strengthening ( 💪 yes... strengthening!) exercises that I am doing ON TOP of the 6️⃣ isometric exercises from last week...

Week 8 - all 2 sets x 10 reps / twice a day.
▶️ SET A - Shoulder AROM
1️⃣ Flexion (supine)
2️⃣ Abduction (short lever)
3️⃣ External Rotation (side lying)
4️⃣ Horizontal Flexion (supine flyes)
5️⃣ Elbow Flexion (Bicep curls)
▶️ SET B - Scapula AROM / Resistance
1️⃣ One arm skydive
2️⃣ Skydive (bosu)
3️⃣ 1 arm Bent-over Row
4️⃣ Scapula press (supine)
5️⃣ One arm chest press
6️⃣ Scapula Retraction (band)
7️⃣ Scapula Protraction (band)
