Semolina, as needed
Breadcrumbs, as needed
For the batter:
100g flour
30g rice flour
160ml water
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon mixed pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
INSTRUCTIONS:
Clean the chicken drumsticks to remove the skin. Prepare a batter with the two flours, water, and the spices. Coat the thighs first in semolina, then in the batter, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Fry in ample oil or in an air fryer, spraying the drumsticks with cooking oil spray.
