Prince charming! Harry makes friends at a children's home in Guyana on the final day of his West Indies tour.
Prince Harry proved a hit with the locals when he visited a children's centre in Guyana, as his major tour of the West Indies drew to a close.
Harry, 32, who has spent just over two weeks touring the region, spent time chatting to youngsters at Joshua House Children's Centre in the capital, Georgetown, on Sunday.
The charity, established in 1977, is home to more than 70 children aged between five and 12, and works to help youngsters in unfortunate circumstances.
It provides access to computers and libraries, and young residents are taught how to prepare meals and even how to grow the ingredients used to create them.
During his visit Harry heard from the children living at the centre as well as staff and volunteers.
One young girl collapsed into fits of giggles as the royal chatted to her, while another seemed quite taken with the prince and happily sat next to him as they listened to a talk from staff.
Later the Prince will travel to the city's State House, to meet First Lady Sandra Granger and learn more about Guyana's Trafficking in Persons programme, which encompasses a scheme established to help trafficked teenage mothers.
Harry will hear first hand about the experiences of these young women, and how they are working to overcome the difficult challenges they have faced.
In the afternoon Harry will travel to Eugene F Correia airport, where he will inspect the final guard of the tour before leaving Guyana.
Harry is nearing the end of his 15-day tour of the Caribbean, which has so far taken him to St Kitt's and Nevis, Grenada, St Lucia and Barbados.
He has spent the last two days in Guyana, after rubbing shoulders with celebrities and dignitaries during his stay in Barbados.
On Thursday, Harry and Barbados-born pop star Rihanna had HIV tests in the singer's home country to mark World Aids Day.
As well as teaming up for a series of celebratory events to mark the country's 50th anniversary of independence, the pair both volunteered to be tested to raise awareness about the illness.
