Happening at artsPlace October 23 &24! During your experience at Moral Horizons of Pain you will travel through several art installation stations where you will interact with physicians and researchers and consider two views of medical care.
The first view is technical, in which peoples’ bodies and experiences of pain are measured and categorized. The second view is moral and embodied, in which peoples’ stories, emotions and expressions of pain are centered. This interactive art installation will immerse the audience in the dramatically different nature of both perspectives.
This innovative art experience is created by the Critical Data Sense team from the University of Calgary.
