In the continuing effort to clean up Baltimore's Inner Harbor, the Waterfront Partnership of Baltimore on Thursday announced the addition of a fourth trash wheel. The new trash wheel's name is a play on the "Wizard of Oz" character, "Glinda the Good Witch" changed to "Gwynnda the Good Wheel of the West" as she is located at the mouth of the Gwynns Falls in southwest Baltimore.
