Hello Everyone! Summer is almost here and there are lots of fresh chili peppers in the market! This pork stir fry with green chili peppers is an original dish from my hometown Sichuan! It is super easy to make and so tasty! If you got some fresh peppers around, try this out!! It will blow your mind!!
Ingredients:
Green Chili Pepper 5 oz ( I picked long green chili pepper, poblano pepper or anaheim pepper are great for this dish too! )
Pork tenderloin 300g
Ginger 1 piece
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Marinate pork strips with:
salt (1/4 tsp)
sugar (1/4 tsp)
starch (1 tbsp)
soy sauce (1 tsp)
water 1 tbsp
oil (1 tbsp)
Cook with oil (1/4 cup) if you are using wok. If you are using a non-stick pan, reduce the oil amount!
Season with salt(1/4 tsp), 1 pinch of sugar, soy sauce (1 tsp)
