Welcome back to another Paladins video! This is a stream highlight from my Twitch channel where I tested the substantial pistol Strix buff that happened this patch! Strix got 2s taken off the cooldown of his base flare, which is a solid buff for his Nocturnal and Crack Shot play styles - but nothing too overwhelming. However, with Unauthorized Use, this buff cut the cooldown of the flare in HALF - from 4 to 2 seconds. With double the flare spam, is this build actually viable?
